Republica reporter, SLC graduate honored

KATHMANDU, June 30: Republica correspondent in Sindhupalchowk, Dhruva Dangal, was honored with cash prize of Rs 3,000 by a group called Yonghang Samaj in Kathmandu for reporting on educational issues, amid a function in Kathmandu on Saturday.



Dr Dilip Yonghang of the Samaj presented the prize. At the same function, Pawan Yonghang from Ilam who became Sindhupalchowk district top in this year´s SLC exams, was also presented cash prize. Yonghang people from eastern Nepal had established the Samaj in Kathmandu last year.
