KATHMANDU, Nov 19: Nepali Congress (NC) is holding province assembly convention in Kathmandu district's 20 province constituencies today.
The province assembly convention is being conducted in province assembly constituencies 'A' and 'B' of all 10 constituencies in Kathmandu district as a part of the preparation of the party's 14th general convention.

NC Kathmandu's Chief Election Officer and Senior Advocate Narahari Acharya said that election officers have been deployed in all 20 province assembly constituencies to organize the convention.
Prior to this, the NC conducted its convention in all 138 wards and 11 local levels in Kathmandu district.
Likewise, the constituency-level convention is taking place on November 22 and the district convention has been scheduled for November 26.
The NC is scheduled to organize its 14th general convention from December 10 to 12 in Kathmandu.
