KATHMANDU, March 31: Nepali Congress (NC) is sending only four out of eight ministers in the cabinet today.
NC President Sher Bahadur Deuba has given the names of only four candidates to the Prime Minister Pushpa Kamal Dahal after there was no agreement on the power-sharing within the party.

Sources said Vice President Purna Bahadur Khadka will become Deputy Prime Minister and Defense Minister, while Spokesperson Prakash Sharan Mahat will become Finance Minister.
Ramesh Rijal has been confirmed as Minister of Industry, Commerce, and Supplies and Sita Gurung as Minister of Urban Development.
Prime Minister Dahal has allocated eight ministries to the NC. But as the rival faction led by Dr Shekhar Koirala said that they would not accept two ministers allocated to them, President Deuba has put on hold the appointment of four ministers from the party.
