JUMLA, Nov. 21: CPN-UML leader and former Prime Minister Madhav Kumar Nepal has said that Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi has refused to accept his own statements that he made in Nepal's parliament.

At a programme organized by CPN-UML Jumla on Friday, the UML leader said that India was giving pains to Nepalis by imposing unofficial blockade though Modi described the age-old Nepal-India relations in his speech in the parliament.

Nepal said that Indian blockade was the major challenge of the present time and the government should work with due priority to resolve the crisis created from it.

He also urged the Karnali folks to reap maximum benefits from water, herbs, foods and unique cultures of the region. RSS
