SURKHET, April 17: A meeting of the council of ministers of Karnali Province on Tuesday decided to grant permission in principle to the Internal Affairs and Law Ministry to formulate a bill relating to province level public records certification procedures.
Karnali province is now a fully-vaccinated province
Likewise, the meeting decided to give permission in principle to the same ministry to formulate a bill relating to services and facilities for State Assembly officials and members with some suggestions and a bill relating to the process of formulations of laws of Province's rural and town assemblies, according to province government spokesperson Bimala KC.
The meeting endorsing the Reserved Fund Operation Rules-2075 BS, accepted the draft of Karnali Province Emergency Fund Bill-2074 BS, as stated by Land Management, Agriculture and Cooperatives Minister KC. RSS
