KATHMANDU, Jan 21: A complaint has been lodged against the candidacy of former Prime Minister Madhav Kumar Nepal, who is contesting the House of Representatives election as a direct candidate from the Communist Party of Nepal.
The complaint was filed on Wednesday, a day after Nepal registered his candidacy. An Election Commission source confirmed that a complaint has been submitted against him, though details of the allegations have not been disclosed.
