KATHMANDU, July 9: The Special Court has acquitted all defendants in the corruption case related to the procurement of the billing system at Nepal Telecom, ruling that no corruption had occurred in the contract process.

The court cleared former Nepal Telecom Managing Director Sunil Paudel, former Chief Commercial Officer Sangita Pahadi and all other defendants of the corruption charges filed against them.
