Golden Gate and Nepal Army Club emerged victorious in other matches of the day. Golden Gate stunned host Naya Bazar Club, Kirtipur 93-74 while Army toiled hard to beat WhiteHouse 67-63.
Bikram Dangol netted the highest 16 points in Golden Gate´s win over the host, which lies in the second place with nine points after four wins and a defeat. Naya Bazar with eight points lies in the third place. Naya Bazar has won three matches and lost two.
Army defeated WhiteHouse 67-63 in tie-breaker following a 58-58 draw in the regulation time. Siddhartha Maharjan netted the highest 26 points for the departmental team. Army has seven points after two wins and three defeats. WhiteHouse, with only one win and four defeats, has six points.
The top four among the six participating teams at the end of the second round will advance into the semifinals.
