Kathmandu’s minimum temperature drops to 5.4°C

The minimum temperature recorded at 5:45 am today stood at 5.4 degrees Celsius, while the maximum temperature is expected to reach 19 degrees Celsius.

KATHMANDU, Dec 14: The minimum temperature in the Kathmandu Valley has dropped to 5.4 degrees Celsius.



According to the Department of Hydrology and Meteorology’s Weather Forecasting Division, the minimum temperature recorded at 5:45 am today stood at 5.4 degrees Celsius, while the maximum temperature is expected to reach 19 degrees Celsius. Meteorologist Ruby Paudel shared the details.

Meanwhile, there is a possibility of partly cloudy weather in Bagmati, Koshi and Gandaki provinces today. Weather in the remaining provinces is expected to remain mainly clear, Paudel said.


Similarly, tonight, Lumbini, Karnali and Sudurpaschim provinces are likely to experience partly cloudy conditions, while the rest of the country will see mainly clear weather.
