KATHMANDU, Sept 3: There has been a rise in the price of gold by Rs 100 per tola in the domestic market today.
Fine gold is being sold at Rs 112,600 per tola on Sunday. It was sold at Rs 112,500 per tola on Friday according to the Federation of Nepal Gold and Silver Dealers’ Association.

Similarly, the price of standard gold is set at Rs 112,050 per tola today. Standard gold was traded at Rs 111,950 per tola on Friday.
Meanwhile, the price of silver has also increased by Rs 10 per tola to become Rs 1,460 per tola on Sunday. It was traded at Rs 1,470 per tola on Friday.
