KATHMANDU (REPUBLICA): Global IME Bank Ltd and Nepal Clearing House Ltd (NCHL) have signed an agreement for electronic payment system. Issuing a statement, the commercial bank said that its CEO Surendra Raj Regmi and NCHL CEO Nilesh Man Singh Pradhan signed the agreement. With the agreement, Global IME Bank Ltd will get access to NCHL's Interbank Payment System, according to the statement. "Now onwards, clients of the BFIs affiliated with the NCHL-IPS can make direct credit and debit in any accounts," reads the statement.
