Four districts report being Corona-free

KATHMANDU, July 7: The Ministry of Health and Population (MoHP) said on Tuesday that four of the 77 districts in Nepal have no active cases of COVID-19.

KATHMANDU, July 7: The Ministry of Health and Population (MoHP) said on Tuesday that four of the 77 districts in Nepal have no active cases of COVID-19.



Dr Jageshwar Gautam during a daily media briefing of the MoHP said that three districts of Province 1 and one of Karnali Province were reported to be COVID-19 free zones.

Terhathum, Bhojpur and Solukhumbu of Province 1 and Humla of Karnali Province have been reported to be coronavirus-free areas from today after the recovery of all COVID-19 patients in these districts.


With this, 73 districts in Nepal have active cases of COVID-19 as of today.
