ITAHARI, Dec 21: Police have arrested five cadres of United Democratic Madhesi Front (UDMF) who had gathered to greet Prime Minister KP Sharma Oli will black flags at Duhabi on Monday.
Scores of protesters also got injured as they clashed with police.
