PAANCHTHAR, Jan 30: A person killed his friend in a state of excessive inebriation at Prangbung – 8, Paanchthar on Sunday.
The deceased has been identified as Ajaya Rai, 19, of Memeng – 5. The two friends, who were excessively drunk, had decided to visit a local market on Sunday evening when they got into a fight. Rai was killed by his friend Suren Magar, a preliminary police investigation showed.
Magar was also seriously injured during the fight and was admitted at District Hospital, Paanchthar for treatment under police surveillance, said Inspector Bishnu Khadka, of District Police Office, Paanchthar. RSS
