The CPN-Maoist released a press statement and informed that the party deferred the banda after the police agreed to release its cadres Suman Singh Paudel, and Jeevan Chamling arrested from Fikkal bazaar, said Raj Rai, district secretary of the CPN-Maoist.
The local administration held talks with the CPN-Maoist district representatives on Thursday morning and agreed to release Paudel and Chamling.
