While returning from the police office, Yadav saw a police man thrusting his motorbike to the floor. When Yadav reacted, the policeman threatened to kill him.

“When I informed the incident to SSP Govinda Niraula, instead of taking action against the culprit, he himself threatened me not to write anything against the police,” said Yadav.

Dev Kumar Yadav, Siraha chapter president of Federation of Nepal Journalist (FNJ), has condemned the police´s act.
