Five people died of COVID-19 in Province 1 as of today
MORANG, Aug 7: A COVID-19 patient died while undergoing treatment in the Koshi Hospital on Friday.

A 58-year-old man from Biratnagar-9 breathed his last in the course of treatment. He was admitted to the hospital earlier today after experiencing breathing difficulties, cough and fever for the past one week, according to his family members.
The patient’s swab specimen was collected and sent for testing, which came out positive today itself, according to Dr Laxmi Narayan Yadav.
With this, COVID-19 death toll in the Province 1 has reached five.
