Inaugurating training on 'development agreement implementation' for district-level office heads, organized by the Office of the Investment Board Nepal and Nepal Administrative Staff College here today, PM Oli urged the government employees to work without any fear.
He, however, expressed dissatisfaction over the trend of civil servants escaping from work and then fearing high-ranking officials in the bureaucracy.
The PM said, "Local administration and investors should take the locals into confidence", and expressed concern over the obstruction by locals to large-scale projects.
He further said that all should work together for development and prosperity as the new constitution has already been promulgated through the Constituent Assembly. RSS
