The first Central Committee meeting decided to replace Sher Bahadur Deuba’s name with President Thapa’s signature in all official party decisions and correspondence. The EC will be formally informed of this decision.
The meeting also appointed Devaraj Chalise as the party’s spokesperson. Briefing the media, Chalise said preparations were under way to update all necessary records.
