3 karatekas to compete in Japan

KATHMANDU, Nov 18: Three players are set to take part in the World Shito-ryu Shukokai Karate World Championship slated for November 20-23 in Japan.



Govinda Khanal, Prajwal Sherchan and Rubiska Tamang will compete in the championship, while Fatte Bahadur Gurung is the coach.

Gurung will also perform the role of judge during the championship.


Meanwhile, Nepal Shito-ryu Shukokai Association General Secretary Asmita Gurung and coach Ram Krishna Lama are scheduled to take part in the seminar of the JKF Gojukai Ken Bu Kan Karate slated for November 28 and 29 in Germany.
