KATHMANDU: The probe committee formed to investigate into the murder of Dhangadhi-based journalist Jagat Prasad Joshi took oath of office before Chief Justice Kedar Prasad Giri in the Supreme Court on Monday. Members of the committee, headed by Umesh Gautam, are Salikram Sapkota, Mahendra Bista, and Senior Superintendent of Police Raj Bahadur Bista. Janadisha daily had gone missing since October 8 from Attaria Bazaar in Kailali. On November 28, his remains along with some articles like his identity card, mobile phone set, clothes, driving license were found at Godavari riverbed in Malakheti VDC-3 in the district.
