MUGU, March 20: Police have taken a person, appearing in the compulsory Nepali paper in the ongoing School Leaving Certificate (SLC) exams in place of his spouse, under their control today in Mugu district.
Bir Bahadur Nepali, who had been taking the exam at the exam centre at Bijaya Secondary School exam centre in Natharpu VDC, Mugu today instead of his wife, Dhana Nepali (symbol number- 0601166 T) has been taken under control, according to Shreehajur Silwal, the Deputy Superintendent of Police, at the District Police Office, Mugu.Dhana Nepali was to appear in the exam from regular examinee category from Shree Janajyoti Secondary School.
If charged, the culprit will be liable for a fine worth Rs 100,000 and six months imprisonment or both under the Education Act. RSS
