KALIKOT, Feb 26: The Suntharali Airport in Kalikot commenced its operations after 38 years. Deputy Prime Minister Purna Bahadur Khadka inaugurated the airport by lighting a lamp on Monday.

KALIKOT, Feb 25: Test flights have been successfully conducted at Suntharali Airport in Kalikot. Nagendra Bahadur Bista, chairman of Narharinath Rural Municipality, said that a Tara Air aircraft, which flew from Nepalgunj with a technical team, successfully completed the test flight to Suntharali Airport on Sunday.

MANMA, Nov 30: The runway of the under-construction Suntharali Airport at Kotwada of Naraharinath Rural Municipality-1 in Kalikot district is being blacktopped. The blacktopping of the 690-meter long and 60-meter wide runway is aimed to be completed by mid-February next year, according to Nagendra Bista, chairperson of Narharinath Rural Municipality.
