KATHMANDU, Sept 11: A writ petition has been filed at the Supreme Court, challenging the decision of the government to appoint Deepak Raj Joshi as the new Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Nepal Tourism Board (NTB).

KATHMANDU, Jan 4: A meeting of the Judicial Council (JC) headed by the newly-appointed Chief Justice (CJ) Cholendra SJB Rana on Thursday stripped the senior-most Justice at the Supreme Court (SC), Deepak Raj Joshee, of all his official responsibilities. The meeting also decided to remove Justice Joshee from his chamber at the SC.
