According to the District Police Office, Rukum, Gauri Badi of Kotjahari-4 hacked her husband Buddhi Badi to death while he was sleeping at home last night.
The Area Police Office, Chaurjhari has arrested Gauri Badi immediately after the incident. She has admitted to have killed her husband, DSP Govinda Thapaliya told Republica by telephone.
Police said there had been a dispute between the husband and wife even though the exact reason behind the dispute is yet to be known. The body has been taken to Jajarkot District Hospital for post-mortem.
Gauri Badi has two sons and one daughter.
