According to the website, o2elevel.com, O2E stands for “Zero to Excellence,” and says, “The training program at O2E level comprises two vital aspects of human life, i.e., physical and mental. Both these aspects are equally important. These are like two wheels of a cart. Both of them move together to shape an individual.”[break]
With that in mind, Pratima Shrestha, Managing Director of O2E Level, adds, “Body language as a non-verbal way of communication is very important and it hasn’t been given much importance.”
The workshop, with a team of trainers, seeks to help participants understand their body.
“Group activities and understanding others’ body language as well as enhance one’s own body will be another part of training.
Along with that, we have a paper presentation by guests and digital presentation by O2E Level research team,” says Shrestha.

Previous workshops conducted by O2E Level included schools and organizations but Shrestha says, “There’s been so much development in the arts, society and everything else but we haven’t moved any further in body language.
“As for this workshop, we would like to focus on people who are involved with design, media or the arts. We’ll also be discussing how body language is used in the arts,” furthers Shrestha.
So whether you are involved in modeling, drama, music, dance, or any other form of art, this might be of interest to you.
The one day workshop, priced at Rs 1,000 per participant, is scheduled to be held on September 17 and promises to be physically engaging, informative and useful in daily real life situations.
