‘We tried to contact the ambulance of the municipality and district hospital after getting her delivery in the house. She was suffering from excessive bleeding. But, we were unable to be in touch with them due to the unavailability of the mobile network.  We rushed to the hospital carrying her in the arm and she died on the way to the hospital, exhausted Rambahadur said.

Both Mugu and Humla districts have been out of communication access since last Thursday due to continuous snowfall. And the locals are outraged after a woman died in the lack of communication access.
