KATHMANDU, March 20: CPN-UML Vice Chairman Bishnu Paudel has questioned Prime Minister Pushpa Kamal Dahal as to why he had to end the journey he had started together with the UML.
Speaking in parliament after Prime Minister Dahal formally sought a vote of confidence from the House on Monday, UML Vice Chairman Paudel asked, “What made you switch from the journey with the UML to this journey?
Know your inner self
Paudel asked why PM Dahal had accompanied the UML on 25 December if he had to go back to a collective journey with the Nepali Congress (NC). "Yesterday, the UML and other political parties were required to become the Prime Minister, but within two months, as soon as he became the Prime Minister, he tried to return to the old alliance by distancing [from the UML]."
Paudel said that the UML will not give a vote of confidence to Prime Minister Dahal and that no one from parliament should.
