Earlier, the closed session had kicked off at 10:30 this morning.
Delegates and observers from different geographic and non-territory regions have been included in the five dozens plus groups.
Meanwhile, party leader Ram Karki has registered a separate proposal in some points while another leader Lekhraj Bhatta has also registered a note of dissent demanding a Khasan State.
Likewise, another leader Gopal Kiranti has also lodged a separate proposal by undertaking the main guidelines of party chairman Dahal, spokesperson Sapkota said.
