Nikkie de Jager, known by her YouTube channel name NikkieTutorials, is a Dutch makeup artist and beauty vlogger. On 14th January, 2020 she posted a 17-minute long video titled, “I’m Coming Out.”, in which she revealed she is a transgender woman. In the video, the 25-year-old vlogger explained that she transitioned over the past decade, at the same time she was building her YouTube channel. Her video was met with a supportive response from the beauty and LGBTQ communities, and several Dutch politicians praised her as a role model.
