KATHMANDU, March 20: Prime Minister Pushpa Kamal Dahal has said that the peace process and transitional justice are not just about the concerns of any particular party.

He said that this is a national issue that the country needs to resolve. While asking for a vote of confidence in the House of Representatives (HoR) on Monday, he also said that he submitted an amendment bill on transitional justice based on international humanitarian laws, suggestions received from victims and stakeholders, and the order of the Supreme Court.
