My mind is blank at the moment
Couldn’t think of how it happened
There was not much in between us
Those days are still fresh when we knew each other first.
With each passing days I started liking you much
Though I would control but you would come to talk to me as such
I laid down my feelings for you in words
And it was being written until and unless my heart beats for you in thoughts.
The river has cried every nights
In the hope of meeting sea someday to unite
I am the river that has kept roving
In a hope that someday we’ll meet and our soul will sing melody of our bonding.
As you are miles apart from me
But your thoughts are always with me
I remember your smile that would take away my awakening
And I would fall for you and forget that what you did me to cause the pain within.
