What do you like the most about the book?
I really liked the story. I think the characters are penned very carefully and have so much emotion.
Who’s your favorite character and why?
When I was reading the book, I loved the character of Ronnie Miller. Somehow I could connect with her not that I have something similar happening in my life, but I just connected. She proved to be a loving daughter, sister and a lover and that was inspiring too.
How has this book made an impact on you?
Like I said, this book is inspiring. It teaches you to see things from others’ perspectives and it teaches you to be strong and able to handle your emotion. I think I’ve picked up a few things myself from the book, which, with hope, I can make use of.
Have you watched the movie made out of the book?
I haven’t watched the movie yet. I prefer reading the book first and then watch the movie, if there’s one, that is. But I’m quite sure that I’ll like the book because movies never do justice to books, except a handful of them. I like imagining things when I’m reading and if I had watched movie ahead that would ruin the fun. I hope “The Last Song” isn’t disappointing!
Who would you suggest this book for further reading?
This is a must-read book for teenagers and also people who like the romance genre.
