KATHMANDU, Jan 30: Nepal will face the Netherlands in the opening match of the Women Triangular T20 series starting today at Tribhuvan University Cricket Ground in Kirtipur from 12:15 PM.
The TU Cricket Ground in Kirtipur will host all matches of the series, which begins today and runs until February 7. Nepal, the Netherlands, and Thailand are competing in the tournament.

On the eve of the T20 series, the Cricket Association of Nepal (CAN) unveiled the trophy on Wednesday. Nepal’s national women's cricket team captain, Indu Barma, the Netherlands captain, Babette de Leede; and Thailand captain, Naruemol Chaiwai, jointly unveiled the trophy.
Captain Barma stated that the series is crucial for her team and expressed confidence in winning the trophy. Similarly, the Netherlands captain Babette de Leede and Thailand captain Naruemol Chaiwai also claimed that their teams would clinch the title.
Captain Indu Barma leads the Nepali squad for the series, which includes Rubina Chhetri, Sita Rana Magar, Pooja Mahato, Bindu Rawal, Rewati Dhami, Kabita Kunwar, Samjhana Khadka, Mamata Chaudhary, Rajmati Airee, Kabita Joshi, Elisa Kumari Yadav, Roma Thapa, Manisha Upadhyay, and Ishwori Bista.
