KATHMANDU, Oct 30: The Thai Airways International, the national flag carrier of Thailand, has resumed its Kathmandu-Bangkok flights from Sunday.
The airline had suspended its Kathmandu-Bangkok flights from March 25, 2020 after the COVID-19 pandemic.
Thai Airways organizes health check-up camp
General Manager of Tribhuvan International Airport (TIA) Pratap Babu Tiwari confirmed that Thai Airways International restarted its flight. Likewise, the flights of Thai Smile stopped its flight to Kathmandu from today itself.
The Thai Airways International had begun its service in Nepal in December 1968.
The TIA Office has said that Nepal's international flights reached the pre-COVID-19 status.
