BHAKTAPUR, March 31: The Road Division Office, Bhaktapur, is all set to begin the road expansion drive along the Suryabinayak-Jagate road section in the district. Chief at the Office, Devendra Shah, said plans were afoot to widen the road section as the both sides of the roads were encroached upon by the locals and businesspersons.

Illegally constructed sheds, houses and other infrastructures, he added. The office has issued a seven-day notice to the concerned people to remove the illegally constructed infrastructures, Shah added.
He further said the office has repeatedly issued such notices in the past but it was not effective. However, this time the office itself would remove such infrastructures if the locals did not remove themselves. RSS
