CHITWAN, July 1: The Narayanghat-Mugling road section has been blocked due to a landslide. The landslide on the road in Ichchakamana rural municipality-5 this morning disrupted the vehicular movement along Narayanghat-Mugling section of the road.

The road had been obstructed at the same place on Thursday as well and it was brought into operation only after 5 pm on Friday. The road was blocked by another landslide and efforts are being made to clear the debris and resume traffic, according to the district traffic police office Chitwan.
Earlier, it had taken 28 hours to resume traffic on the road section. The road section sees huge traffic every day with more than 10,000 vehicles traveling through it.
