KATHMANDU, March 2: The Janata Samajbadi Party Nepal (JSP-N) led by Upendra Yadav has decided not to support any other ordinances unless the land ordinance is withdrawn.
Presenting a political report at the central committee meeting that began today, Chairman Yadav has said that the party will take a stand against supporting any other ordinances unless the land ordinance is retracted.
JSP decides not to support land ordinance introduced by govt

“The government has not been able to present the ordinance in the House so far due to its stance of not supporting the remaining five ordinances until the land ordinance is withdrawn from Parliament,” Yadav's report states.
His report further highlighted that the ordinance made to amend some Nepal Acts related to land is not in the interest of the country and the people, the ordinance supports real estate, land mafia, and brokers, and was brought with the aim of distributing forests and public lands of the Tarai-Madhesh region to his party cadres.
