Aanbukhaireni-Mugling road section: One-way traffic continues unilaterally every two hours

MUGLING, June 11: Traffic has resumed along the Aabukhaireni-Mugling road section through a single-lane road for small and big vehicles. Work is underway to widen the road at the dumping site of the road section.

MUGLING, June 11: Traffic has resumed along the Aabukhaireni-Mugling road section through a single-lane road for small and big vehicles. Work is underway to widen the road at the dumping site of the road section. 


Although the operation of large vehicles was halted for some time due to the collapse of a road segment near the powerhouse, one-way movement of small and large vehicles has been allowed at a time every two hours along the road section.

The road division office had to clear out a wall on Friday at the place where the road was washed away due to the risk of operating heavy vehicles. The road section caved in and collapsed over the weight of a car and a motorcycle killing two people. The deceased have been identified as Hem Bahadur Bhujel, 35, of Hetauda and Keshav Ghimire, 33, of Aabukhaireni-2.
