With over 300 million active monthly users and billions of daily photo uploads, there's no denying the power of Instagram. It has not only turned into a place for visual storytelling but Instagram could very well be our ticket to different locations, VIP pass to the best parties, and easy access to various hubs and information. However, it all comes down to one factor: following the right crowd. So The Week is here to hook you up with some accounts that are definitely worth following.

For fashionistas

CFDA @cfda
For those who may not know, The Council of Fashion Designers of America, Inc. (CFDA) is a not-for-profit trade association whose membership consists of more than 400 of America’s foremost women’s wear, menswear, jewelry, and accessory designers. So who better to give you a glimpse into the fashion industry than a virtual hub of designers? The CFDA’s feed offers a look at beautiful clothes, the latest editorials, and plenty of inside looks from countless household names in the fashion world.

Scott Schuman @thesartorialist

Scott Schuman has always had an edge over his fellow street-style bloggers. With over seven million followers, he could be hailed an Instagram kingpin. Now even though you follow the man and his work on other social networking sites, it is also worth getting on Instagram because unlike most of the bloggers out there, he rarely recycles content from his blog for his The Sartorialist feed. You’ll find candid, airbrush-free shots of stylish folks along with intriguing travel pictures and terrific shots taken backstage at fashion weeks around the world.

Lhakila @lhakyila
When we think about our own Nepali entertainers in the insta realm, Lhakila instantly pops up in our mind. The last we checked she had more than 43,000 followers and that right there should give you a good idea of her vine/video making talent. She sings, acts, dances and in each instance her comedic chops are impeccable. Look out for those accent impersonations in particular.
