TEHRATHUM, July 19: A sexagenarian died after being trampled by a calf at Myanglung Municipality-10 in the district on Wednesday.
The deceased has been identified as 62-year-old Sancha Maya Limbu of Tamphula.

According to her family member, a calf tied to a post in the cowshed trampled her while she was providing fodder to it.
Seriously injured Limbu who was rushed to the hospital died in the course of treatment.
Meanwhile, Chandradhwaj Limbu of Myanglung Municipality-9, sustained injuries after he was beaten by a snake.
The snake bit Chandradhwaj while he was going to toilet. He is undergoing treatment at Myanglung Distrtict Hospital.
