KATHMANDU, Nov 12 : Senior Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) leader and Union Minister of India Ananth Kumar died early Monday morning in Bengaluru, Indian media reported. He was 59.
Parliamentary Affairs and Chemicals and Fertilisers Minister and an MP from Bengaluru South, Kumar had not been keeping well, according to media reports. Kumar was undergoing treatment for cancer and had come back from the US in October after treatment at the Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Centre, New York, the reports added.
