SC slaps 4-mth jail term to surveyor

KATHMANDU, Aug 16: Special Court (SC) Tuesday slapped four-month jail term and Rs 0.1 million fine for surveyor Devi Prasad Gautam of Survey Office, Dillibazaar after he was found guilty in a bribery.

He was convicted for taking bribe of Rs 0.1 million.

A joint bench of Judges Gauri Bahadur Karki, Om Prakash Mishra and Kedhar Prasad Chalise issued the verdict to this effect.
