SC Bar Association condemns terrorist attack in Pakistan

KATHMANDU, Aug 9: The Supreme Court Bar Association has strongly condemned the terrorist attack on Monday at Quetta city of Baluchistan Province in Pakistan.

KATHMANDU, Aug 9: The Supreme Court Bar Association has strongly condemned the terrorist attack on Monday at Quetta city of Baluchistan Province in Pakistan.



Issuing a press release here today, the Association has expressed deep sorrow over the killing of Baluchistan Province Bar Association Chairperson Bilal Anwar Kasi in the terrorist attack and murder of other 18 lawyers in the suicide bombing at the Pakistan Civil Hospital.



The Supreme Court Bar has termed the incident a contemptible as it was orchestrated targeting leading law practitioners who are serving to dispense justice to the general public and defend human rights.



Wishing for the eternal peace of the departed soul of Bar Association Chairperson, legal practitioners and other general public who were killed in the incident, the Supreme Court Bar has expressed condolence to the grief-stricken family members and well-wishers. RSS
