KATHMANDU, July 24: The tragic crash of a Saurya Airlines plane at the Tribhuvan International Airport on Wednesday morning claimed the lives of 18 people. The sole survivor is Captain Manish Ratna Shakya.

The bodies of the deceased have been transported to Tribhuvan University Teaching Hospital for post-mortem examinations. Meanwhile, the relatives of the victims are gathered outside the hospital, mourning their loss. The atmosphere on the hospital premises is one of deep sorrow and grief.
