LAMJUNG, March 1: Former Deputy Prime Minister Dr Bhim Rawal has accused the ruling parties CPN-UML and Nepali Congress (NC) of inability to work as per the constitution of Nepal.

Addressing a press conference at Besisahar Municipality-7 in Lamjung on Saturday, Rawal accused the two major parties, UML and NC, of failing to work as per the constitution to take the country in the right direction. He complained that he had to face criticism within the party for standing in favour of nation and nationality.
