Qatar Airways increases frequency to Sohar

KATHMANDU (REPUBLICA): Qatar Airways has announced four additional weekly flights to Sohar in the Sultanate of Oman. Issuing a statement, the Doha-based carrier said that it would start its weekly flights to Sohar from October 1.

KATHMANDU (REPUBLICA): Qatar Airways has announced four additional weekly flights to Sohar in the Sultanate of Oman. Issuing a statement, the Doha-based carrier said that it would start its weekly flights to Sohar from October 1.

The airways added in the statement that it added more flights for Sultanate of Oman responding to demands of passengers. The airline quoted its chief executive, Akbar Al Baker, as saying that the airways was delighted to have high demand on their Doha-Sohar route.


The additional flights will be served by Airbus A320 aircraft with 12 seats in first class and 132 seats in Economy class, the airline added in the statement.
