An art exhibition was on display with an aim to promote the civilization around the Bhotekoshi River at Patan Art Gallery, Patan. The three-day exhibition began on Sunday which was organized by Shree Jaimin Thaipi Narayan Paropakar Kendra, Bhotekoshi.

An art exhibition was on display with an aim to promote the civilization around the Bhotekoshi River at Patan Art Gallery, Patan. The three-day exhibition began on Sunday which was organized by Shree Jaimin Thaipi Narayan Paropakar Kendra, Bhotekoshi. The exhibition was inaugurated by the veteran cultural expert Satyamohan Joshi.


“Art promotes the culture of a country. The country cannot maintain the status of their identity in the absence of the promotion and development of the art that reflects our culture,” said one of the artists. According to the chairperson of the Guthi Mekh Bahadur Khadka, the premises of Narayan temple carries the cultural, historical and traditional importance of Fulipongkatti which is located in Sindhupalchowk. All these works had been presented in Patan.


The paintings in the exhibition were simple yet presented in a beautiful way that attracted everybody’s attention passing by it. The three days exhibition concluded on Tuesday.
