A police inspector and a commoner were injured when a bomb planted by an unidentified gang went off at Adarshanagar Chowk of Birgunj.
In the blast police inspector Dan Bahadur Malla and commoner Rajesh Prasad Das Tharu of Harpur-9 were injured.
They are being treated in Narayani Sub-regional Hospital in Birgunj.
