PM's commitment for stringent security measure

DADELDHURA, Nov 19: Prime Minister Sher Bahadur Deuba has said that security measures shall be tightened in order to stop the ongoing attack against candidates.

Speaking at a press conference organised by Nepal Press Union Dadeldhura here this morning, Prime Minister Deuba said discussion will be held with all sides concerned to consolidate the state of security, with the mobilization of security personnel for the security of the candidates. "None other than Maoist Biplav group has been reported to have created terror, but stringent action will be taken against those involved in the attacks," he said while urging all not to habour any doubts over the holding of the elections with strict security arrangement. 

On a different note, Prime Minister Deuba said the West Seti project is now into the execution phase following the signing of the agreement with Three Gorges company of China. He also said that the work of the Pancheswar project is now moving ahead. 

On the occasion, President of Press Union Dadeldhura Tekraj Awasthi submitted a request proposal to PM Deuba, along with a plan for the overall development and prosperity of Dadeldhura. RSS
